COSTUME NATIONAL's VINTAGE scrunch boots in deep blue leather. These gorgeous vintage scrunch/slouch boot can be worn tall or scrunched down to give the effect of leg-warmers on pumps, giving a "Flashdance" vibe. The original box got destroyed in a move, SO I HAVE NO INFO ON THEM, unfortunately.... these boots circa 2000-ish, has an aged leather look, featuring pointed toes, metal, engraved soles, and a stand out heel. Made in Italy, impeccably crafted! Brand New Vintage.
